What if I am not at home to receive my order?
Royal mail will always post an 'undeliverable item card'. Please follow these instructions to retrieve your product.
Which couriers do you use?
We currently use Royal Mail for delivery.
Can I collect item?
Sorry, we do not have a bricks and mortar store. All items available exclusively through this site only.
Do I need to sign on delivery?
Yes, all products are sent via Recorded delivery your autograph will be required.
Do you post Internationally?
International postage is available to most locations. [Excluding import duties and other applicable government taxes]
What delivery options do you provide?
We offer only 2 delivery options: Signed and/or Tracked delivery including packaging to Mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. [Excluding Highlands and Islands]: £2.99 Signed and/or Tracked International delivery [Excluding Some locations]: £13.99 {Excluding import duties and other applicable government taxes}
Can I track my order?
All items are sent via Royal Mail signed and/or tracked delivery. Please send us an email to studio@islamicsmarty.com if you would like to track your product.

Do you sell products at any events/stall?
This is not in line with our marketing strategy, so we don't think we will. Allah knows best.
Do you wholesale?
All items have a very tight margin, for this reason we do not have the scope or capacity for trade enquiries and partnerships.
Do you have any high street store?
We do not have an outlet. The only way to purchase our made to order item is via this site.

Can I make payment by cheque/banktransfer/cash?
Sorry we are currently not able to accept any other type of payment.
Is my payment information safe?
Security is very important to us at islamicsmarty.com. All transactional information passed between our site and Paypal is encrypted. You can be completely assured, that nothing passed to Paypal servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

How do I wash this item?

Can you tell me about your made to order products?
We apply graphics using the best material on to garment.
Can I get a discount for multiple items?
We have applied multiple item discount on postage. We are unable to reduce costs further.
When will I get the product(s)?
All items are made to order. This allows us to reduce overhead, so we can give you the very best price. All products are manufactured using the very best materials within the price range. We aim to post items within 7 working days of receiving payment, and delivery thereafter.

What is a restock charge?
All items are made to order, so for this reason the restock charge is 50% of item cost. Example - T-shirt cost £10.00 | Delivery £2.99 | Refund amount £5.00
