We use Royal mail delivery at £2.99 [UK] £13.99 *[International]. If you have not received your delivery within 15 working days, please contact us. Royal Mail typically deliver Monday to Friday. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday is not classed as working days.

Yes, all products are sent via Recorded delivery your autograph will be required.

Royal mail will always post an ‘undeliverable item card’. Please follow these instructions to retrieve your product.

All items are sent via Royal Mail signed and/or tracked delivery. Please send us an email to studio@islamicsmarty.com if you would like to track your product.

You will get an email with regular updates regarding your product. Please make sure you have an active and accessible email account and islamicsmarty.com has been unblocked from your SPAM or Junk mail.

Sorry, we do not have a bricks and mortar store. All items available exclusively through this site only.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us prior to sending items. Please review restock charge. Please return all unsoiled and unused items in original packaging:

1. Contact islamicsmarty.com before sending item
2. Repack the item in the same condition it was in when received.
3. Return postage to be made by purchaser. Please return all items via tracked service for your piece of mind.

All items are made to order, so for this reason the restock charge is 50% of item cost.
